The Chac Ha condominiums area located in the located in the prestigious
gated community of Playa car-Playa del Carmen. Overlooking the golf course
designed by Robert Von Hagge widely recognized as one of the top golf courses
in the world. This 7202 yard, par 72 layout is as beautiful to look at,
as it is exciting to play.
The Chac Ha condominiums are also across the street from the Reef Beach
Club located on one of the most pristine white sand beaches of the Mayan
Riviera. Our guests are invited to use all the facilities at the Beach
Club. Food & Beverage packages are also available for purchase on a
daily basis. The town of Playa del Carmen is just within walking distance. |

| THE HOL KAAN PENTHOUSES |
|
There are the Hol kaan Penthouses, which are located in the gated Playacar subdivision of Playa del Carmen.
Hol Kaan is located inside the Pakal section of Playacar. There is a private guard station and gate at the entrance.
The Hol Kaan condos are situated on the west side of the fairway of the 1rst hole of the golf course. Though there are no views of the golf course from the penthouse interiors, there are great views of Playacar, the golf course, the ocean and Cozumel from the your private rooftop garden/solarium. Each penthouse has a private 2nd floor terrace with chairs, tables, lounge chairs, BBQ, etc. You can see the ocean which is about 600 yards to the east.
Included with your stay at the Hol Kaan penthouses is a VIP Reef card membership. This will allow you and your guests to use the beach, pools and chairs at the Reef Club resort. The Reef Club is only about 1/4 mile away but best accessed by car or bicycle since you would need to cross the golf course to walk there directly. Also included is cable TV in the living room as well as the master bedrooms. We will also provide maid service 3X/week. Our Penthouses are modern and furnished with beautiful new furniture and appliances. The air conditioning systems are state of the art and allow you to control each rooms temperature seperateley. There are laundry machines in the service room, pure water dispensers and beach supplies such as coolers, chairs and boogie boards. We have 2 penthouses for weekly rentals

Casa de las Aves
Casa de las Aves is the third villa in the row that overlooks the Aviary.
It is a beautiful example of a tropical Villa, decorated with local
furniture, native pottery and art, and lots of wrought iron accents.
Its soft sheer curtains filter the sunlight; the color scheme relaxes
the mind. All of the necessary amenities are included; ceiling fans
and air conditioning in all the rooms, full kitchen and laundry room,
abundant china and glassware in the dining room, and a large covered
patio with ceiling fan and built-in gas grill for outdoor entertaining.
A side patio is great for lounging, and there is a second level sun
terrace off the master bedroom. Relax in the living room with a movie
or catch the news via satellite TV. Combine with Casa Guacamaya for
up to 12, or add Casa Macaw for a family gathering or a corporate meeting
of up to 18. Or for the ultimate gathering add Casa Azucena for up
to 26 people with your own pool and large covered patio and outdoor
spaces for parties. This unique group of houses is suitable for hosting
weddings or parties that could be held under the Palapa Club house
by the pool.

Casa Guacamaya
This spacious three bedroom, four bath private
home is the next house to Casa Macaw and can be combined
for large groups. It is newly decorated and furnished with
traditional Mexican furniture and bright Caribbean colors.
It is a three minute walk past Mayan ruins to town, the ferry
to Cozumel, and beautiful beaches, while located in a quiet
gated community...It overlooks the Aviary, and abuts the
golf course. Tennis courts are across the way and the large
pool and club house area is three houses away. Casa Guacamaya
is shady, cool, and has a built-in bar in the sunken living
room. Open the French doors to a large patio for outdoor
dining and lounging. A half bath is on the first floor, with
a laundry room off a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms
with private baths (tubs with showers) are on the 2nd floor
separated by an open lobby. Two rooms have king-sized beds,
the other has two twin beds. Maid service is provided three
times a week, and a bi-lingual property manager is there
to help with any details. She can provide a basic start-up
shop or fully stock your kitchen as well as arrange for catered
meals. Arrange this ahead of time and be on the beach with-in
minutes of arrival. A variety of activities can be found
for all hours of the day or night in Playa del Carmen. Ole!
